Brian Lamb: Partners: Customer Carewords  With
over a decade of experience of working on content management and web
services with government and private sector organisations, Brian is an
experienced project manager and business analyst. Passionate about making websites customer centric, Brian has led major Customer Carewords projects with Rolls Royce, BBC, HSBC and many others. He has written, with Gerry, Publication Manuals for Scottish Enterprise and Rolls Royce. He helped develop the Web strategy for the UK Environment Agency and Scottish Enterprise. Brian has specialist skills in web project management; creating business cases for web applications; management and design of people directories on intranets and content management system implementation. A respected speaker, Brian has addressed conferences in the UK and Germany on the Customer Centric approach. Brian has a degree in social sciences from the University of the West of England and a Masters Degree in Information Management from The Queens University Belfast. He has held senior consultancy positions with Cap Gemini Ernst and Young and VISION Consulting. He also acts as an advisor and consultant on technology and the web to the Northern Irish Government.
